What We Do

We are a 45-day integrated residential treatment center. Our holistically focused, trauma informed treatment programs are carefully and intentionally curated to inspire a purpose driven healing experience on the path to freedom. We empower clients to build meaningful connections. The journey out of isolation is key.

We do provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for those who may not be in need of our residential element. Call us to learn more!

Partial Hospitalization
Program (PHP)

Structured outpatient program of treatment services for 20+ hours per week.

Intensive Outpatient
Program (IOP)

Structured outpatient program of treatment services for 9-19 hours per week.

PHP and IOP services include:

  • Group and individual counseling using evidence and based therapies

  • Recreational therapies

  • Holistic healing modalities - yoga, meditation, breath-work, reiki and more!

  • Medication management

  • Case management to assist with community resources peer services

  • Discharge and aftercare planning

Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Program

  • 24-hour support staff

  • 10-12 hours weekly programming to include:

    • Group counseling using evidence-based therapies

    • Recreational groups & Holistic healing

    • Peer-run house meetings & groups

    • Weekly progress meetings with treatment team

    • Case management to assist with community resources

    • Assistance with Connecting with Local Resources

    • Social and Community Activities

  • Room & board: rent, utilities, linens, toiletries and nutritious food / beverage

  • Discharge and aftercare planning

Other services provided

  • Linens

  • Utilities (electric, gas, cable, internet and phone)

  • Transportation to IOP/PHP and grocery shopping

  • Weekly check-in meetings with staff
